MISSION
Through identification of diseases, destructive organisms, weeds and insects in Mongolian rangeland, forest, hay-making and crop planting areas, exploring their distribution, structure and harms and studying bio-ecological characteristics, developing new plant and crop protection technology and comprehensive methods based on growth systems, distribution, increase prognosis and outbreak of diseases and weeds as well as providing quality certificate for crops, studying the pesticide remains and formulating environmentally-friendly methods for plant protection.

KEY OPERATIONS
Research and study
Scientific projects, theoretical study and innovation and nucleus technological projects aimed at developing control methods for destructive insects, rodents, weeds and crop diseases, reducing natural contamination, protecting and using natural resources, rehabilitation and production of ecologically pure foodstuff.
Production
Annual production is 240 tons of bio-substances to fight rodents, 20-40 tons of insect substances and 15-20 tons of virus-free elite potato seed.
